PARKING NIGHTMARE in LAGUNA GHETTO!

Don't ever have a visitor after 5pm, because they won't be able to park. The first night I moved in, my car was egged. Drug dealers live and work from home here. Solicitors show up at 9am on Sundays for Spanish Speaking Only residents. Light Bulbs (for outside grounds) take at least 2 weeks and a dozen requests before getting changed.
They are pretty quick about the trash pickup. Early morning pickup several days a week-including weekends. I wish I found this site before moving in!
