We have only lived here a few months, and yes the kiddo's out side are super loud and annoying at times but hey that is one of the things you have to deal with when living in an apartment complex. The ladies in the leasing office can be very rude, and luckily I've only had to deal with them a few times for mostly service requests on things not working but the guys that actually come to fix things are real cool and helpful so for me it makes up for the office people. I think as far as most of the reviews they are pretty accurate though it also depends on where ur apartment is located in the complex, I think we lucked out with a good area because I have drove by some pretty scary parts of the complex. And about the gates not working, they haven't worked once since we moved in and our neighbors that have lived here for 7 years said they have only worked twice since they moved in. The leasing office will lie and say that they are going to get them fixed, but really they should just say "screw it" take "gated community" off their list of amneties!!!
