My wife and I are quite happy with Laguna Gardens. We've had no trouble with staff or with maintenance. The kids are no worse than they are anywhere else. There has been no unreasonable noise whatsoever.

The front gate still is open, but I don't really mind that. We have 2 parking spots for one apartment which is good enough for us.

Sounds like a lot of disgruntled bastards to me. Or folks with unreasonable expectations.

I'm 100% happy with Laguna Gardens.

They're cat friendly too.

I am not an unreasonable bastard, I am a reasonable, rational former tennant who had a very bad experience living there. Every problem I had living there seemed to be voiced by all the other former tennants who posted their reviews too. All of these reviews a coincidence...I sincerely doubt it. This is a low income apartment community, and you are not living at the Taj Mahal, which is fine, I'm not picky; but the property management team was terrible.
