I have lived here for 4 years. I am one of "those" residents that has kids. Yeah, my kids do play outside, this is not a community for old people. I have never had any problems with my apartment other than my garbage disposal not working. I go to the pool at night by myself, go to the gym at night by myself and sleep with my windows open. I feel completely safe. I live by the gates. They have worked on occassion. I have seen people smash into the gates with their cars. Yes, there are shopping carts out front. I figure we live so close to the stores, that's why they are there. I have no idea about the managers as I have no reason to go into the office.

This place sucks! Our water heater broke, our above neighbor's water heater broke so our ceiling is caving in. The gates have never worked since I've lived here. Our garbage disposal doesn't work, never has. Our A/C broke in the dead of summer and we waited 2 months for a new one. There are kids running in the streets all the time, one day one of them is going to get HIT AND KILLED and not until then will the parents decide to watch the kids because they really don't care. There are always shopping carts out front because of all of the lazy idiots that leave them out there. It is embarassing to live here, I can't even invite people over. The only good thing that I can say is that it's pretty quiet around night time, Management is very friendly and caring and so is Maintenance. If it weren't for the service we got here we would have left.
