its a good place because of its location... close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and what not. but EVERYONE in the leasing office is so incredibly rude, almost like if you go in there and ask them a question, or complain about something that needs to be fixed, they act so annoyed. i spoke to them on the phone a couple times about fixing my heater, and they just dont care! they give a HUGE time window which doesnt make any sense (telling me maintenance will arrive 'sometime' over the weekend) and when they never do arrive, and i state that to them, they act annoyed!! not to mention, there so easy to turn down people living in the community but they let all sorts of non english speaking border hoppers, and this couple that live here, that scream to themselves out loud, and steal decorations from other peoples homes. they pick and choose who's on there favorites list here.

there are ONLY 10 visitor parking spots in the damn complex!! if you have friends over you have to park at target, or up the hill towards moulton. its rediculous. i recommend living here for the location, other then that, this place is a ---- hole.
