I have been living here for about a year now. I do not recommend Laguna Gardens to anyone. The office really is not helpful and it is a pain to call them because you know for sure that they don't care and you have to call them at least couple of more times. The pool area is always dirty. It is as if the office does not care at all. I can't wait till my lease is over.
