Where to begin'

I lived in Laguna Gardens for a year and a half. I ended up breaking my lease and paying the penalty because I COULD NOT STAND LIVING THERE ANYMORE!

The staff is downright horrible. Every single lady working in the leasing office is complete -----. They are unhelpful and every time you call to ask them a question, they blatantly give you an attitude. They have no sense of customer service. When I broke my lease, they didn't even wonder why I was leaving. They just herded me out moved on to the next tenant they could treat like ----.

The grounds are okay. Nothing special. There are at least 10-20 shopping carts sitting outside of the apartment complex at all times (although you will not see that on website pictures). Never used the pool because I was afraid to pass the leasing office and risk having to make eye contact with one those stupid ------- working in there.

There are several loud, low-life kids always making trouble on the grounds. One day there was a random FIRE in one of the garages and the kids were around the area at the time. The fire department could not even determine the cause of the fire, but we all know it was the kids who started it. And where was the office manager, Denise, during all of this' NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. The fire department kept asking us where the manager was. We had no clue.

The place houses clusters of illegal immigrants who drive up into the complex at 11:00pm blaring loud music. The couple living next to us was constantly fighting EVERY NIGHT and we couldn't even sleep at some times because of the loud noise. The garbage trucks come early on Saturday morning, so sleeping in is non-existent.

I could go on forever. In fact, I think I will. I'll be back on to post more about my horrible year and a half at Laguna Gardens. Just imagine the crappiest, most low-life infested rat-hole in Laguna Niguel. The dump needs to be demolished. I am going to write a letter to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about my treatment from this place.

um yeah, when you move in anywhere the people in the office are friendly so they can get there commission. but whenever i call for a complaint or need some maintenance on something in the house, they sigh, and groan and get really short with me and give me attitude. its like they feel annoyed when they need to take care of their tenants. they need to take the sticks out of there butts.

I don't understand.....I have lived here for some time now and really don't have any problems. When I moved in the people in the office were very helpful, I believe Amy was the one that helped me(very nice). I understand that the kids are running around and well they are just being kids! I pay rent on time so I really don't need to talk to anyone in the office. The people I do talk to are the maintenance men(very nice). I have been told they are very short handed. Well, Laguna Gardens is not the Ritz. So get off your high horse!!

I also don't think the management office is doing what they are being paid to do: to help the tenants living here. I am so surprised they are allowed to continue working. As a tenant, you feel the pinch as soon as you have maintenance needs. I can???t wait till my lease is over so that I can get out.

Would you like some cheese with that whine?? OMG! What a cry baby. Were you on drugs or what? This definitly does not fit Laguna Gardens. Sounds like they probably wanted your complaining @$# out, and the place was better for it. Were you that crappy neighbor of mine?? LOL
