Please avoid this place, if you like to live in peace. Here is my list of problems with Laguna Gardens Apartments:

- Dirty pools.
- The gates have been broken for years.
- The gym equipment is old and dangerous to use.
- The pool lights are off at nights.
- Manager from the Hell

yeah your pretty much dead on about the management.. the only nice person there is debra. those ------- also said that there was no property management in charge of them, which is a lie. if any of you want to complain about the management or any other things, i believe the property management is called chapelle... im not sure how to spell it.
