Dump!!!! From: pulseone20 Date posted: 2/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived! Cheap construction, noisy surroundings, noisy neighbors (with leaky noisy, horns and alarms going off at 2:00am cars)and police in the complex every time you blink. I believe the complex must be rent controlled because a lot of the residents are not high quality residents. Do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by the low cost - you get what you pay for!
