Some good, some bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The apartment itself is great. The floor plan couldn't be better for roommates. However, the parking situation is horrible! All of the subletters take the guest parking. If you want to have a guest over you have to plan your day to snag a guest spot early or watch for one of them to leave. Some of the apartments clearly have more than the allowed amount of people living in it. Which is not only annoying (for parking purposes), but takes money out of the other residents pockets. The way they bill for all utilities is by taking everybody's usage (in the entire complex) and split it evenly amongst the people ON THE LEASES. Which means, the people next door who have 7 people living in the 2 bedroom but only have two people on the lease pay the same as my roommate and I. We paid $20 for the trash in one month!! The maintenance staff is fantastic. They are on top of things and always pleasant. The management is nice. They seem to forget things, but I have never really had a problem with them. They said they are aware of the subletters and are attempting to evict them, however I have yet to see anything done. There are tons of kids! They are loud and run up and down the hallways screaming. They also like to ride their bikes all over the grass and plants, which the maintenance staff is trying to keep nice. Nobody is watching them. The laundry facility is disgusting! They promised to get us a washer and dryer in our unit by this month (which has not happened) if we pay extra. Overall, I like the apartment. It is reasonably priced and in a nice area. However, I wouldn't suggest moving here until they get the subletting under control. It is frustrating and expensive to deal with! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
