When the lights go out... NIGHTMARES From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived in this community for about 2 years now. When we first moved in, the community seemed pleasent during the typical 8-5 office hours... When the lights go out, the coach roaches come out of the wood work! I have had several vehicals vandalized, broken into and TOWED FROM MY VERY OWN PARKING SPOT!... 3 TIMES! One morning a couple was having sex in the garage. Another morning people were sleeping. All day and night people lottier in the garage, party, drink, toke, listen to loud music, and work on vehicals. One afternoon, I called the ambulance because there was a young man passed out, incoherent in my parking spot. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!!!! Guest parking SUCKS! I have to shuttle my company because other tenats park there broken down cars in the 5 available guest parking spaces. Laundry facilities are fithy and I have had 5 loads stolen on 5 seperate occasions. We got washer & Dryers in our Apt. GREAT! But, we have to rent them from the leasing office for $50.00 a month. We are not allowed to buy our own washer & Dryer. And construct lasted over 6 months with no compensation for our inconvience. Also loosing all of our storage space. We now have no linen closet and 1 coat closet that is unfinished after the construction was done over 1 year ago. No carpet or rail to hang coats.... nice.... real nice. Mold has taken over my master bath... I scrub & scrub, but, it keeps coming back. I haven't used the master bathroom in months. I have contacted the leasing office on 7 different occasions about the problem... they only responded 2 times and the 2nd time, they said that we were told the first time how to clean it and if we would like the mold removed, they could do it at my expence. Someone took a crap on the main landing, and since that isn't a maintence emergency, my husband had to clean it up so we didn't have to keep walking around it, or, the office could get to it in a few days... People urinate all over... It SMELLS!!! All hours people run up and down the stairs and halls. I think there is a coke dealier on the top floor. I could go on and on, but, hopefully, you get the point and NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!
