There are problems like parking, but alot of that has to do with the residents themselves being to lazy to park the extra cars on Highlands and not on the property. Noise is an issue only if your spastic, sorry, but 10 o'clock on a weekend is not the time for me to be complaining because everyone that lives here isnt a shut in, the old people blame me for every loud noise but if things get to loud I just shut my window instead of laying in bed for 5ive hours waiting to complain to the managment. It does take awhile for things to get fixed, but it's not like im living in the Ritz and these people are at my call 24/ 7, if thats what you want get a hotel room. As far as Pam only helping you if your in her bed, I had run ins with her, but looking back it was my fault for having parties at 2 in the morning. Now Im upfront with her and shes straightup with me in a landlord kind of way she treats me w/ respect, but wont kiss my butt if Im in the wrong...but as far as I know, she didnt sleep with me. Either way, it's an apartment, not a million dollar home up at the top of the hill. Follow the rules and don't try and park all 5ive of your cars right next to your apartment and you should be fine. Oh, and the cookies at the office are worth getting yelled at for if you get a noise complaint.
