I've lived at Pinnacle apartments less than a year now and thank god I got out of there because this was the worst apartment complex to try to work with. For starters, there staff is incredibly rude. Try to bring up any problem, situation, concern, anything and not only will they not do anything about it, but i knew one of the staff members (Lindsey) and she was always gossiping about various renters in the complex mocking their concerns and brushing them off. As for the apartments themselves, they're whatever, there's nothing great about them but there are a lot of annoying things about them. Such as: extremely thin walls (i'm talking hearing people sneeze in the apartment below you), dumb parking spaces (they have like a dip behind them that make them weird to park in), crappy/half-assed repairs all over the property and inside the units, the rent gets raised A LOT every year or if you have to re-open your lease for whatever reason, the pool, gym, tennis courts, any of their "bonus features" are always under repair and most of the time unuseable.
Perhaps the most sickening thing about this place, is that no matter how much you clean/fix up the apartment before you leave, there is almost no way to get your deposit back. They will charge you for everything and nothing and in most cases (coming from the staff themselves) people do not get all or any of their deposit back, so don't even bother cleaning before you leave, just get the hell out!
