a ghetto in Laguna Niguel' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I have resided in Seaside Apartments for almost a year and I am not impressed. First, Seaside Apartments trick you by making you believe that the rent is cheaper than it really is. How' They don't include a refridgerator and no utilities are included. You have to pay sewage, water and trash! Along with everything else...cable,phone,gas and electricity. During the day is mostly quiet. Nightime is another story. Crying babies and people blasting music in every which way. The cops are here on a weekly basis. Doesn't that sound comforting! The property is surrouded by low income indivduals. Cars have been broken into on several occasions and vandalism is occuring more frequently. On a positive note...the apartments are nice. The interior is quite large. They include fireplaces and balconies. The kitchens are nothing to brag about. They have two pools and a workout facility. There is a shopping center within walking distance. That should sum up the place!
