Immature management

Having lived in rental apartments for the last decade, I have had a decently broad range of experiences with rental communities. Seaside Meadows falls somewhere near the middle in terms of conveniences and amenities, and somewhere near the absolute bottom in terms of management.
The apartments themselves are not bad, although a bit worn - the plumbing, A/C unit, dishwasher, and microwave oven have all suffered failures at some time or other during the first six months of my lease.
My major complaint concerns the management - I found them to be arrogant, less-than-ethical, and somewhat ineffective at dealing with tenant issues. They're quick to send form letters, even when the contents are hardly relevant to the actual situation at hand.
