Have alot of time to read this'! From: mimi@zoo.com Date posted: 1/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have lived @ seaside for about 3 years now and I have never been 100% happy with the complex. The area & the apartments are pretty nice but the parking,management and maintenance is absolutely horrible. During the holidays I came home on a Sunday night @ 9:30 PM and there were no resident spots left! We have a covered spot but my roommate was coming home late so I left the space for her. I did not find any parking so I had to go spend thte night @ my boyfriend's house! I am tired of people who don't live there and park in the resident spots. I was very irritated that I could not even park in my own apartment complex. We have made several complaints to the leasing office but they don't care. They say they will do something about it but they don't. Theis solution is to park in another spot but how do we do that if there are not spots left'! They have a tow truck drive by every so often but they can only tow one car @ a time so that doesn't do us any good. They rasied the rent because they installed gates. These gates don't even work 90% of the time. The maintenance service is not good either. Our washer won't work unless the dryer is on and after a while of doing that the washer& dryer klonked out and quit working. Very ghetto. My roommate had a load of luandry in there the Friday after Christmas and it is now 1/8/04 and the washer is not fixed yet and my bathroom smells like mildew since the washer/dryer is in my bathroom. It's disgusting! Maintenenance was supposed to be @ the apt on Monday but all they did was drain the water from the washer and it seems like they unplugged the whole thing and the dryer does not run! My lease is up the end of February and I am not resigning the lease. The complex has just gone downhill and will lose alot of valueable tenants.
