From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998   I lived here in the late 90's so I don't know if things are any different now, but back then the rent was pretty low for the area. Consequently, there were many apartments filled with a bunch of very young people on their own for the first time away from mom and dad and able to party their asses off EVERY night yelling and screaming til 3 am. Seaside meadows seemed worse than an obnoxious college dorm. After many sleepless nights, I finally moved out after they raised my rent to the normal price for the area which wasn't worth it at all. The ONLY good thing was that I lived right on top of the laundry room which was very convenient, but a few times I opened my washer to find that someone had thrown in their own dirty kids clothes or a bra or something to get a free wash. I should have thrown it away. I hope it's better there now, but back then it was pretty ghetto for Laguna Niguel.
