Great place (as of a couple of years ago) From: ender7698 Date posted: 9/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   I lived there from 2003 - 2005 and I found it to be quite a nice place to live. There are two parts to the community however and I lived in the lower half pretty much at the extreme end from the upper half. It was very quiet in that part of the complex. I know this because I often went up to the fitness center and during my walk through the complex it seemed like the upper section (which is much bigger) was a lot more noisy and had more kids running around. (Maybe that is the secret...live in the lower half!) You can get a washer/dryer in the unit which I would just about kill for now. There is a designated car wash area (which I have yet to find in any other place I have lived) and it is just an overall nice looking place. I lived upstairs so I was able to leave my windows open which apparently was needed because I never noticed a mold problem. Most of the balconies are fairly large and you get an assigned parking space with a very assiduous towing company. (Came home to find people in my spot a couple of times and they came right out to take care of the problem) I can't understand the negative reviews that are on this board. Unless the place has gone downhill in a sever manner since I lived there, they are the types of people who just won't be happy anywhere! The place I moved to right after Seaside, was a true nightmare like these people would never believe. But thats another rating. Good luck, just try to get an upper level place in the smaller side of the complex (where the management office is) and you will probably be very happy.
