They've let this place go to hell, to an extent that it's shocking. Management seems hell bent on turning this place into a stationary trailer park. They make a "mandate of the hour" with sweeping ham-fisted policies crammed-down one week, reversed the next. Their whims appear aimed at putting residents in "their place," as if residents are wrong to question management's violation of lease terms. They've driven off ALL of the decent maintenance people, and now there are NONE. The place is rotting away, literally. Management makes myths and lies despite evidence in plain view. On-premises management is scarce. The two women and "man" that run this place are of the lowest caliber. It's very sad what they've done. The good people are leaving. YUK!

I lived there for one year. They constantly told us the reason the hot tub was not 'hot' was because the antiquated hot tub equipment was faulty and in need of repair. We found the "pay or quit" notice the gas company sent to the MANAGEMENT office lying by the trash bins. They didn't pay the bill. Maintenance was ridiculous. I friend had a water heater leaking, when you looked under the thing you could see the drips from the rusted undercarriage. They said it was his washing machine. All they had to do was LOOK and they could have seen it, but the maintenance person (I wasn't impressed by this guy in the least) didn't even look. One of the better maintenace people quit due to harrassment from tenats when something needed repair for weeks on end, then harrassment from management when he finally fixed it. This could be one of the nicest places around due to the size of the bedrooms and location, but I have to agree that management is inept at best, hostile most of the time. I moved to a sister property owned by the same company and love it, so it's definitely NOT ownership at issue. Don't even get me started on the rotting structures. The wood was so rotted, I could pull down railings with dental floss.

Yes that maintenance person sucks.
