Very good place to live

We have lived here for 5 years and find the management, maintenance and tenants to be generally good. As with all things people are different and some employees are concientious and others are not. Usually management makes adjustments in reasonable time. Almost all of the repairs necessary in our unit were completed in reasonable time. There is an ethnic mix and various levels of income in the complex (some low income subsidized apartments available.) If you are on the lower floor you will hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but otherwise the apartments are generally quiet. As with any complex tenants will have parties either in their apartments or at the pool area. Since we live by the pool area we have not observed in the 5 years here any party that lasted beyond 10 PM or were excessively noisy. What is really great is they do not restrict dogs by size but by breed, so large dogs (like ours are welcome. The breeds restricted are those with the reputations for attacking such as pit bulls, rotwiellers etc. The views are great, the wilderness trail starts across the street and has great views. This complex overall is very good.
