Its a good community and its not bad as portrayed here

First fact, all apartment living communities will have disgruntled tenants. Orange County has a problem with abnoctious people who love to hate everybody and take it out online against apartment communities. Some have goodreasons many don't. I am not leasing staff but another tenant at Windridge and Have been here a year and I have seen living lifestyle here. This is a good community for families with young children, many do play togehter nicely and have no problems with mixed cultures. Which is good. It is important for an apartment community to have children be able to play together of all races and get along. There are a lot more positives than the negatives I see posted here. Granted no apartment living community is perfect because tenants are many a time, imperfect too. However the complaints about the staff' That is wrong to do accuse wrongly and falsely against the Windridge staff. I have seen the changes in managers, but its all in the same family, same corporation and they are all very professional people and very CORDIAL. I came from a very nice home and due to economics it was sold so I had to choose an apartment to live instead of my house. I chose Windridge Apartments in Laguna Niguel because it is a good set up, compared to most apartments out there (do your shopping or rent at other places you won't find the perfect utopian city either). The apartments are are nice. You can even have yr washer and dryer inside your apartment (very convenient). And the maintenance staff' Let me just say that I speak several languages and do speak Spanish and many speak it and we get along fine, they are nice people THE NICEST and from their work I've seen things are not as described negatively on this site. People you are too impatient and are spoiled in America, there is good staff that does handle your complaints on time, and who are willing to help you. The office at Windridge has always had nice welcoming Managers, Assistant Managers and Leasing Consultants. I have dealt with other staff at other apartment complexes and they were horrid. They ate my money , spit at me on many issues, made up false stories and gave me a really hard time because they did not like me being from Spain. Or latin.
All I have seen since me entire year being at Windridge is that all the people in the office and the maintenance staff are superb, and they are friendly. perhaps a few mishaps here and there but you gotta remember that the buildings are not new either. So give them more credit for they deserve it.
All I can conclude for you in here, even if I get rude answers, Windridge is a nice community, there is excellent office staff which I am proud to call my friends since I came to live here. Windridge offers a lot, and not true that there's alot of poop on the grounds , they do pick it up, ocassionally someone will "forget" to pick up after their dog but its usually pretty clean. It is a good place for families, maybe a couple of youngsters that get routy when they play but that is also being a "kid", and it stops because they all go home after certain time. You have to be tolerant of all neighbors that's the key to sharing something in apartment living. And there are places where you could get sacked for a huge amount of money and not get even yr namenotices at th e office nor the staff help you at all. But here at Windridge I can say I do care a lot for the people who work there. They are my friends now.
AND I DO RECOMMEND THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY go talk to the Manager or the Assistant manager or the Leasing Consultants. You will find out that in fact they are looking also for you and they will show you "nice manners and follow ups on all needed done for you". Its a good company, they are good people, the apartments are good. Even better if you have a family with chldren.
