Pinnacle of Laguna Niguel (formerly Ventania) 60% Recommended Apr 28 2008: I've lived at the Pinnacle apartments for just over a year. Up until about a month ago, it's been a pleasant experience. However, I can see that it's RAPIDLY starting to go down hill. If you're planning on using the "workout Pointe Niguel Apartments 35% Recommended Apr 25 2008: This place is awesome! I refer all of my friends to the apt complex!!Not to meantion they give a killer referral $$$ for everyone I refer! But anyways, the staff is great!
