Managed poorly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I lived there for a couple of years, and i have a few revisions to that last review. The tenant/parking ratios are way off. They allow each apartment to have 2 cars, one with a parking permit, and the other in the garage. They are still lacking 8 parking spots. They pick and choose what rules to follow, and if you complain, they evict you. They allow all types of scum bags to live there, probably because they can sence there own...Oh yea, i almost forgot..Cynthia Lane , Manager, LAY OFF THE METH!!!!!!! STOP DUMPSTER DIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!!!!!!!, YES WE ALL KNOW.
