BAD BAD BAD Never move in here unless you want to live in all the chaos. These responses left are too mild and it is 20 times worse that what was said. I live here now and if I could afford to move out I would. I won't go into all the negative comments but it is bad bad bad.

i live in lake view Well the first review is right there are alot of mangement changes almost every year and the security other work staff is a joke but actually crime rate is going down and i dont recommend anyone living here at all actually i hope the place burns down as soon as i move out.

So Far So Good New to Grand Oaks. From what I hear, things used to be really bad, so far it seems to be a peaceful place. My neighbors got a little loud several weekends, but has nothing to do w/ apt. complex. Seems quiet. Pool needs more upkeep, cleaning. No parking for guests

I THINK HARBOR GRAND IS GREAT!! I MOVED TO THIS PROPERTY CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS AND IT IS A GREAT COMMUNITY THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND THE GATES ARE WORKING PERFECTLY FINE. I LOVE MY NEW PLACE.
