WONDERFULL - Very nice and great price, quite except for kids that break into your pourch and play on it. Secluded area hidden away from all the crackheads on mainstreet. 699 rent! This place has come a long way since i moved in. The new management and maintance has fixed and helped lift this place up. I lived here a little under a year now and im ready to resign a lease i would definelty recommend this place to other people. btw its close to everything!

North Lake apartment homes have come a long way with the new staff in the office its a great place to live. I have refered a couple of my friends to live there and received a refereal fee which help around the holidays. They had a great resident function in the office which they provided

Management does unit inspections about every 2 to 3 months. Inspections have to do with keeping the kitchen clean or you get a eviction notice. You can't sit outside and have a gathering of people. Management will say 1 thing and turn around and say something else. I know, i was living
