I just stopped by to look and thought the homes were really quite neat but the sales approach was to the effect of 'you can have a small apartment for regular price....or you can spend what you could spend on a mortgage for a larger apartment.'

The guy also mentioned that is was nice to have a bathroom separate from the bedroom (which I agree) but he said because of the smell. Seriously' With two women standing here considering renting an apartment, he mentions smelly bodily functions' Pass.....
