I will not be as rude as my commiserate brethren..but there is some truth to what they say.
There are some advantages of this complex - external, however - like freeway access. The apartments are maintained well only in one corner of the whole complex - the rest of the complex is full of shady characters and vagabonds. I believe anybody who has a living is allowed to rent an apartment here, which is good.
Tha maintenance sux, as are the apartment parking - they claim to be aggresive about towing illegal parkers. These suckers donot have a way of letting guests park, and this is unacceptable.
By the way - car breakages are common here, and you can see the police presence (after the fact) every week. Not a safe place to live.
