Violatation of Tenant Laws From: doc1234 Date posted: 2/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I recently was sent to a collection agency for a bill that was over a year old. The bill included "cleaning charges/fees for $95, "full dye/shampoo to carpet" $150, and $100 for "heavy trash out" which happened to be my personal belongings that totaled $700-$1,000. The manager is horrible and the security guards continually harassed me. I even had one guard watch me clean my car for a half hour. Your better off sleeping in a box out in the middle of the street.
