YOU CAN EASILY GET TRICKED WHEN THEY GIVE YOU THE TOUR. iT WILL LOOK LIKE A NICE COMMUNITY FROM FIRST SITE, BUT THE REALITY IS THAT THIS PLACE IS HELL. MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE. DIRTY SWIMMING POOL. I GOT SICK EVERYTIME I WENT IN THAT SWIMMING POOL. THE HOT SPA DOESN'T WORK LITERALLY 90% OF THE TIME. I AM NOT RACIST, BUT THEY SHOULD CALL THIS PLACE "THE ARBORETUM AT MEXICO" INSTEAD OF "THE ARBORETUM AT LAKE FOREST" PARKING IS TERRIBLE. IF YOU GET HOME AFTER 6:00 PM, THN GOOD LUCK FINDING A PARKING SPOT. WE KEEP OUR APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND SPOTLESS, BUT WE'VE HAD A ROACH PROBLEM SINCE WE MOVED IN. WE TALKED TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM TOO!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Talk to people who live their before you move in. Just wait in the parking lot for few minutes and ask anyone that lives there, and they'll tell you, this place is like hell.... way overpriced. You can get a lot better for the same money you would spend on this place g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
