Anyone notice the people carrying the picket signs, and the armed security officer that always populate the front of the apartment now. How often do you see that' I think that should tell you something. The Arboretum is obviously struggling. Ive grown up in the Lake Forest (used to only really be El Toro) area my whole life, and the Arboretum has always been considered a ghetto. Sure they spruced it up with a little paint, and new kitchen appliances (it used to be white and grayish back in the day) but that doesnt change the long history the Arboretum has had with drugs, theft, and other various crimes. If you dont believe me, contact the Orange County Sheriff's department and inquire, or go to the local public library. All the problems and crimes that have been associated at or with Arboretum are all on public records. No matter where you move, albeit apartment, house, or whatever, you should do the real homework and check out the location you are considering with the local Sheriffs Office. Youd be surprised what you can find outespecially about the Arboretum. Whoever said they couldnt understand what people are talking about is in denial (probably stuck in a two year lease , and trying to make themselves feel better about their situation).
