This Place is not even a close to ghetto!

Obviousley you have never lived in a ghetto! If you don't like it then Move! Or maybe you can't because you spend 100% of your income on your bills. It is a more expensive place to live because you are paying for the area! Overall it is safe, however need some physical improvements...
