After two years I can't say I would recommend this mega-plex to anyone except frat boys or ex-cons. I've delt with rats in the attic, raccoons in the trash and mailbox areas, dead coyotes on the hillside, noisy inconsiderate neighbors, nightmare parking, zero security, a trash enclosure caught on fire, old furniture dumped everywhere, numerous rent increases, "yellow" pools and spa, a broken water heater, ant invasions when it rains, a broken dish-washer, etc. etc. I felt that the staff worked very hard to correct these problems, however, the cost of the unit did not justify the problems encountered.
