LOUSY PLACE TO LIVE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   I chose this complex originally based on the rental price and the fact they did NOT allow dogs. In six years, they've increased my rent eight times, have become a subsidised housing facility, and now allow dogs. LOTS OF DOG S**T everywhere! The air conditioning/heating fan units are located directly under or near a (usually bedroom) window in every unit and they are LOUD! Thank God I'm leaving. I'd rather commute than live here. Tons of kids skateboarding and riding noisy two-stroke scooters.
