Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This was a horrible place to live. The neighbors are noisy and rude. Lots of parties, cursing, cruising, etc.
To make it worse the people running the place are just as rude and very incompetent. They never followed through with problems. Oh, and the place must be a dump for people who decide they want to get rid of their furniture or whatever. Fine somewhere else to live.
