Coming from a rat hole like Bellogente Gardens in MV, these apartments are great. Spacious, quiet. The worst thing about Emerald Court is the parking. The spaces are painted for "Mini Coopers" and the average care wont fit into a space. Half the time I have to have my kids climb into my car through the passenger side and back the car out because we all have to park soooo close together. And in about a year, I will probably need a new paint job due to all the other cars scratching mine in the parking lot. The staff is great espacially Raquel. Allison makes promises to get you in and then never delivers. Marc is very nice. All in all, I love living here and plan to stay for a long time.
