Emerald Court is the best overall apartment complex I've lived in (and there have been plenty).
Here's what I look for in a complex and why I moved here two years ago only expecting to stay for less than six months.

Kept up - It's not the newest or fanciest, but maintenance is excellent and I've never had to ask more than once to have something taken care of. The apartments look great for the time they've been here.

Sane Management Philosophy - Rent increases are reasonable and they don't constantly play games. It seems that other places wanted me to move so they could keep my deposit and find someone else to charge a higher rate to - not so here. Two years have gone by and I will stay longer.

Overall a great place to live.
