Many things to like about living here, but I've never known a house or apartment to have so many noises that cant be turned off. Something in the hallway ceiling buzzes round the clock. Neighbors' heaters or AC goes on, and it whirs so loudly it sounds from your bed as if it's right next to you. And heaven help you if you don?t move into a unit surrounded by apartments full of nuns, because you?ll hear everything the neighbors do 24/7. Apparently they go out of their way to find obnoxious, immature people to live here.



Maintenance is next to useless. They tell you up front they have up to 5 days to respond to a request to fix something, and when you need them, they will take every one of those 5 days. Ask them to come on a certain day so you can be there, even more than 5 days out, and they miss that day, and come and enter your home the next day when you arent there, even though you didnt grant them that permission. So far weve needed 4 things fixed, and 3 of them required them to come back right away and fix it again, because the fix didnt take. It shouldnt be that hard.



The office staff is in its own world. They want to stay in that world, being superior to mere mortals, and not talk to the lowlife people who pay the rent. Lots of smiles and promises when you move in, then they don?t want to be bothered with you.



Pretty bloody disappointing.
