I have lived here for over 8 months now. The previous management team seemed very helpful and was not into creating unnecessary problems with current tenants.

The new management however, is on a constant witch hunt. Especially, if you complain about the slightest thing. Open your mouth once, and forget it! You are on their S***list for good. I received 3 notices within a one week period. After I went to the office and complained about the first notice I received, I was sent another one within a few days. After I went to the office to complain about this new notice I received another one within 1 day!!! All were about different things.

There is just way too much noise in the apartments. The A/C from the neighbors (they put the units by your windows-especially in the bedroom). I have 3 a/c units surrounding my apartment and all placed around my windows. I can hear whistling from the pipes, and the neighbor closing their closets at all hours of the night. Don't expect a peaceful nights sleep!

Also, there are several teens that hang around at all hours of the night and yell, scream, laugh, etc. The ride skateboards through the complex and after complaining about the noise and the teen loitering, the management will retailiate against you for doing so.

If you want to be treated like a low life, then move in here. That is the way the current management handles their tenants.
