Above average quality

Everything besides security are above average for Emerald Court. I enjoyed their facilities and canyon views. Yet, I had bad experiences with car thiefs and trouble neighbors. One thing, a major one actually, I would suggest is to hire 24 hour patrols/sucurities to control their auto-crime rates. It is rather frustrated to pay such a high rent and find your stereo system gone or your garage emptied-out the next morning. Thanks.
