Emerald Court has went from a wonderful place to live to a place were the management doesn't care if there are non-residents jumping the south end pool fence, security of the property or if the tenents are happy.

Within the past month there has been a domestic stabbing, illegal aliens living in the garages, people keying cars in the parking lot and so much more. When the management is told the answer is "did you call the police" or "I don't think it is as bad as you say". Is this the place where you want to rent' Go elsewhere where you know the managers care if the tenants are happy and want to stay.
