I really did my research before I moved into Emerald Court. Emerald Court is professionally managed by Western National Group (one of the top management companies in the industry). I just moved into Emerald Court in February. In my opinion Emerald Court is a beautiful community, centrally located in Lake Forest near shopping, schools, parks, entertainment, freeways/tollroads and much more. They have an amazing office staff and maintenance team. It really shows that they take pride in providing excellent customer service and offering the best product available in the market at a fair price. The community is beautiful and offers several floorplans at a great price. I was offered a great special and my apartment is beautiful. Please contact their leasing office at 949-472-4474 to schedule an appointment for a personally guided tour and experience the difference of living at a Western National Community. I'm really happy here and the office staff is really helpful I'm sure if you had a concern you could call them and the manager would be happy to help you.

What kind of resident posts pictures like this? These positive reviews are obviously posted by somebody who has a vested interest in this complex.

Obviously this person complaining is one of those people who complain about everything and is never happy. If your so unhappy than move. It's apartment living at least they are putting down mulch and keeping the grounds looking nice.

BS - Are you kidding me? What planet are you from. The management staff are pathetic and the maintenance crew is useless. I swear, they'd rather drive around in the golf carts than to actually do some work! Have you ever noticed that the majority of the garages have water draining from the overflow pipe by the garage doors? That's because the primary drain line for the A/C Units are plugged and this is the overflow. That's because their "Maintenance" guys don't know how to maintain anything but crap. BTW - Why doesn't management enforce the garage is to be used for parking a CAR policy and NOT FOR STORAGE??? Have you calculated the ratio of Parking stalls to Apartments recently? How about the incredably small compact parking stalls that you can't even park a honda accord into and still be able to exit your vehicle without hitting the car next to you? This place needs to be leveled and build a new modern complex with a new management company. Western National Group is no where close to being a leader in property management. Your just as bad as an Arnel Managed Property. You couldn't even touch the Irvine Apartment Communities for example.

The pics are from near the office. They keep this area looking very nice but the rest of the complex is taken care of when they get a chance. Try looking at the lower pool and see if you want to swim in it or relax in the spa (not recommended as children pee in it or there has been beer poured into it). Parking is a joke as there are not enough for one car per APT to park. If there were more storage onsite people might use there garage to park their vehicles instead of storing things in them.
