I have lived here for over a year and I hate it!!! It never takes less than two weeks to get anything fixed. If you want something fixed correctly and quickly you have to do it yourself. Horrible management staff- slow to answer questions and never call you back when you ask. Staff is often uninformed or rude. Neighbors fill up their garages with stuff and then fill up all the free parking spaces with their cars. They tow cars without any notice. Neighbors smoke and leave cigarette butts all over and smoke comes in your windows. Neighbors leave dog feces all over the lawns. Bad sprinklers- spray your car and flood walkways. Difficult and a hassle to add money to your laundry card (kept in the locked rental office). Police are regular visitors to the complex (NOT in a good way!). Old appliances. Pool is always dirty. Overall landscaping is poor and not maintained very well. Security lights are dim and are left burnt out for weeks. Very noisy- always hear kids screaming or televisions blaring. You really do not get what you pay for here.
