We were "victims" (our own lousy mortgage decisions) of the sub-prime crisis and had to scramble to find a quality, low-cost rental while our condo went into forclosure. After 5 months we know it was very good fortune that allowed us to land at Emerald Court. The staff has been "over the top" in attitude, attentiveness and service. The few repairs we have requested have been made promptly and with quality work. We love the diversity in the complex and, realizing we're all working very hard to provide for our families, we are finding there is a sense of friendliness, respect of others and safety. We realize we're no longer "living fat" at the Ritz Carlton but still we're happy and cozy in our little one-bedroom (and free from that !%@##** mortgage!). Our applause to Jennifer and her staff!
