I hate my apartment and can't wait to move out. Management is a joke and the maintenance crew are horrible and un-responsive. I was told before we moved in that the appliances are new and everything works. Moved in and had OLD appliances, air conditioning didn't work, and all of the electrical recepticles wouldn't even hold the cord that was plugged into it. Made about a half of a dozen requests to management to get it fixed. Threatened to not pay rent and then they had the nerve to state that I would be in breach of contract! I then submitted a copy of my complaints to their corporate offices and threatened to sue them in which they had a maintenance guy show up 48 hours later to address the problems.

Would NEVER suggest this complex to anyone that I care about!

BTW - Parking is terrible. People use their garages for storage and everyone fights for a parking stall by 5:00PM. A lot of people are forced to either park in the fire lane or clear across on the other side of the complex.

Finally, with the limited parking situation and the lack of enforcement, it amazes me that the maintenance department would allow the dumping off of mulch and taking up 2 stalls at a time and have a total of 4 sets (8 Stalls) consumed by the storage of the mulch for their landscaping. You've got to be kidding me!

We had the problem with the electrical outlets as well and when we finally got a maintenance person in to fix them, he left before fixing them and left his drill behind for over a week. The only time I have ever seen anything done quickly around here was when I found a dead rat in the pool and reported it to maintenance that happened to be walking around. The mulch situation is ridiculous! There was a pile of mulch that consumed 2 spaces for over a month, I was so happy when it was finally used up, only to have the problem again and worse than ever! This is such a terrible apartment complex with incredibly rude and unhelpful management! They've forgotten who pays their paychecks.

this place is a joke and the girls in the office are rude and unhelpful especially the old lady with dark short hair and glasses rediculous
