I would imagine a big part of managing an aparment complex would be keeping your tenants happy, but everytime I call with a complaint or a question, I get rude service. I've had them promise to call me back with an answer to my question hundreds of times and they have NEVER called me back. I understand it can get busy, but I have lived in several apartment complexes (some much larger than this) and I have never had a problem like this. Also, when you request a work order, they do not give you any kind of paperwork to sign or a number or anything so you have no way to prove when you request something to be fixed.

The maintenance staff takes forever responding to requests. If you complain about this, the office will give some story about how much work they have piled up but this cannot always be true. The last complex I lived in was much bigger and I always got help within 48 hours and it was just two men doing the same job as the 6 men here! The only time I ever saw anything taken care of quickly was when I found a rat in the pool!!! I was so stunned I had to take pictures. I knew this place was ghetto, but a dead rat in the pool brings it to a whole new level. There happened to be an apartment staff walking around and I mentioned it to him and he cleaned it up right away. Interesting how some things can be taken care of right away..

As other people mentioned in their reviews, they raise the price every year but nothing ever gets better. My appliances are from the 80s and everything leaks (outside and inside). I can only imagine the water damage and mold problems hiding behind the drywall.

And finally, the parking. The parking here is terrible! They barely enforced the "no storage in garage" policy so the parking lot is usually full. On top of that, they allow the landscaping crew to dump mulch in the parking placed! Surely they could use the tiny compact spaces or unused covered parking instead. Oh yeah, did I mention that the compact spaces don't even fit a really small compact car' I think those spaces were painted for barbie's dream car, because no way can normal cars actually park there.


I suggest anybody considering living here save their $1200 per month and just sleep in their car, at least you wouldn't have to deal with all the problems.
