I lived here for two and a half years and just recently moved out as my job relocated 60 miles north for about the next year and a half. I was pleased living here. I'd rather have an apartment facing the west in the back of the apartment though if I come back here. My sole complaints about the complex are kids who seemingly run wild, using the stairs between buildings 11 and 12 as their lanching pad on their skateboards. The noise is loud and goes on well past 8:30 in the summer time. It's part of apartment living though, though I must admit I can hear a pin drop in my new place.

My second complaint is that I think the units are over price, given the age of the units. The appliances are nice, but a bit old. The carpet in the living room had all the stains of the previous tennants show up again about 1 month after moving in and I had to hide them with rugs.

All in all, I did enjoy my time there. I like the fact the complex is located in a relatively isolated road and loved being so close to the Spectrum. Had I not had to move, I would have definately shopped around before signing a third lease, but I likely would have stayed. If I ever return to the area, this place would definatley be high on my list.
