Don t buy their layoff protection plan . They say they will help but they won t. I wasn t laid off but found myself in a bad financial situation and needed to move out only one month only. When I told the leasing office they said I just needed to find suitable tenants. When I did find suitable tenants they gave everyone the run around to the point that the couple I found to move in said they didn t want to deal with the leasing office.

I should have known something was up when they posted notices on everyone s door about picking up after dogs and that all dogs needed to be on a leash and then literally two days later one of the staff members from the leasing office was on the golf cart and watched an unleashed dog charge my dog. They did nothing about it! And they never have dog bags in the dispenser. Nothing but over promising and under delivering.

As much as I put that stuff behind I was really disappointed when they promised to help me move out and fell through. They didn t return my messages, promised to email me documents and didn t - talk about poor customer service.

Don t bother moving in here. It s a hassle. And as much as you think you ll have the leasing office behind you you won t! The really fall though on customer service. I ve lived in much better places.
