ESA has an "apartment program" that suited my needs absolutely perfectly. Very competitive price (1.2-1.3K/mo), fully furnished, no utility bills, 2 burner stove, microwave, full size fridge, queen bed, cold a/c, on site mgmt/mx, picnic/bbq area, pet friendly (including dogs), occasional amenities (soap/shampoo/toothpaste) available, wi-fi, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. On the apartment program, you do not receive housekeeping services (available at additional charge); however, towels and linens can be changed out for new/fresh/clean at any time. It is a hotel room on steroids, comparable to a studio apartment, that has all taxes, tolls, fees, utilities, charges included in the monthly rate. price and availability can defiantly fluctuate based on occupancy and market conditions.
