Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
1105 sqft - 2 full bathrooms - LARGE walk-in closets - beautiful neighborhood - very well-kept premises - LARGE balcony/patio areas - laundry hook-ups - fireplace - When we moved in the price was $1255/mo, after 12 months it went up to $1310/mo; probably more now - we had some noisy neighbors, and the unassigned parking spaces are VERY small (assigned spaces are great!), but other than that the place was absolutely beautiful! Top notch!
