I really love it here. I don't understand how people can complain about the noise, it is soooo extremely quiet here, especially at night, that it's almost creepy!
As for kids playing outside, that's what kids are meant to do. They always go in when the street lights go on and they have never caused us any trouble. Parking is great, especially since we moved here from Santa Ana where we would get graffiti on our cars. Never here and we can always find parking. The apartment itself is really spacious, considering that the floorplan is an exact match to condominiums for sale across town that go for $500K.
