If you have a midsize or a fullsize car, then parking is a nightmare since all the open parking spots are for compact cars. My brand new car was badly scratched twice. You can find a lot of cars with dents because of parking.

The health center is dirty. They hadn't cleaned it for over 3 months and the people who use it do not get a towel to wipe their sweat off the equipments. The management is least bothered.

The apartments are noisy. For the price there are a lot of better apartments available around Lake Forest. Avoid this one as much as you can.
